During this course we will first introduce you to the basics of using R, an interactive environment for statistical computing. There will be exercies of the basic knowledge. Afterwards, we will dive into RNA-Sequencing analysis.
The course is going to take place in person (or hybrid, if neccessary) on July 22nd in the afternoon and 23rd from 9am to 12pm. Please make sure you can join both days. Please also understand that your registration is binding. Since there are limited spots in the course, you will get a participation confirmation with more detailed information of the course from the coordination team after the registration deadline.
Please note that this workshop is only open to ATLAS PhD candidates. Registration from external participants will not be considered.
